Our systems allow a complete roll change in less than 30 minutes. Designed in such a way that the rolls are removed and replaced automatically, our machines meet the customer's need without excessive down time. Easy to operate because once the roll cartridges are in respective place, there are no adjustments required to be made and no fine tuning is required.

Our Dual Flute High Speed Fingerless Single Face Paper Corrugated Boand Making Machines (CDF 100) are fast, simple and safe to operate. With the use of the latest DF 100 Single Facer Design, these systems offer high rate of production & enhanced efficiency. The rolls of these machines are mounted on roller bearing for smooth running & longer life. The minutely finished flute rolls result in faultless formation of flutes. The swift flute change ability ensures the box greater flexibility of our plants in scheduling. Our machines have different parts such as fingerless machine, dam system on gumming section, engraved roll, gum slide, two set of flute roll, gluing roll and doctor roll.

• Direct online helical gear box reduction foundation base is provided

• Quality of pasting glue and controlling glue is controlled by the clearance between glue roller and doctor roller, and there are manual controlling and auto-controlling

• Manual controlling: Press the button that controls motor to adjust the clearance, to ensure paste enough glue

• Auto-controlling: The coder and plc auto-controls according to change of speed and with inter-face appear control

• Glue roller and doctor roller is designed as guide way, convenient to set and dismantle, the corrugated roller and the two bearing housings can change together, shorten regaining time
