Corrugated Board Gluing Machine

The Flap Gluing (FG 100) Machines manufactured by us are suitable for gluing & parting Corrugated Box Flap instead of stitching. These machines are appreciated for their features such as compact in design, easy for operation and maintenance free. The Flap Gluing machines are basically used for gluing adhesive application adjustable for economic production. These machines can hold the paper size of 2400 mm maximum.

Glue Unit

The Glue units offered by us are a system through which glue is applied to the single facer sheet. The added advantage of these systems is that the individual load setting for each side of the machine. These units are specially designed to meet the modern starches and of the increasing market significance of high quality micro flutes. We offer simplex, duplex, and triplex types of glue Machine suitable for single, double and triple wall corrugated board production line respectively.

The unit has a high precision applicator roll, which ensures uniform glue application and less glue consumption. Offered with two guide rolls prior to loading system ensures improved and smooth guidance of the single facer board. Moreover the rolls are hard chrome plated ensuring a long life expectancy.
